- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
Instructions
- Wash the broccolini thoroughly and pat it completely dry with paper towels. Trim off the tough ends of the stems.
- Place the dried broccolini in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning and salt over the broccolini. Toss again until all pieces are seasoned.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned broccolini in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the tips are slightly charred and the stems are tender-crisp.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
- Drying the broccolini well before oiling helps achieve maximum crispiness.
- For added flavor, toss with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder along with the lemon pepper seasoning.
- If you prefer a cheesier finish, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
