Description

Make broccolini crispy in your air fryer using a simple lemon pepper seasoning for a fast, healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Wash the broccolini thoroughly and pat it completely dry with paper towels. Trim off the tough ends of the stems.
  2. Place the dried broccolini in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning and salt over the broccolini. Toss again until all pieces are seasoned.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned broccolini in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the tips are slightly charred and the stems are tender-crisp.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
