- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well.
- Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. This should take about 2-3 minutes total.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
