  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped imitation crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Wonton chips or crackers, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped imitation crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, white pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix thoroughly.
  4. For stovetop method: Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until heated through and creamy, about 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.
  5. For oven method: Spoon the mixture into a small oven-safe dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Serve the warm dip immediately with wonton chips or your favorite crackers.
