Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the chopped imitation crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, white pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix thoroughly.
- For stovetop method: Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until heated through and creamy, about 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.
- For oven method: Spoon the mixture into a small oven-safe dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve the warm dip immediately with wonton chips or your favorite crackers.
