- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- Optional: Feta cheese, Kalamata olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken slices with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Warm pita breads in the skillet or microwave until soft.
- Fill each pita with cooked chicken, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes.
- Add optional toppings like feta cheese or Kalamata olives if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- For faster prep, use pre-sliced chicken or chicken strips.
