- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing them into appropriate sizes.
- Season the vegetables with olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Spread hummus on each tortilla and add the grilled vegetables.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Slice the wraps in half and garnish with chopped parsley.
