Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Stir in roasted red peppers and goat cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the sautéed onions and garlic, cooking on the stovetop for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Let the frittata cool for a few minutes, garnish, and serve warm or at room temperature.
