  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the plantains into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Combine the diced plantains and black beans in the skillet, mixing gently.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
