Description

Parmesan and Herb Breakfast Muffins are savory muffins made with a delightful blend of Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or basil), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
  6. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
