- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or basil), chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
- Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature.
- They can also be frozen for up to three months.
