Ingredients

- Egg: 1, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Sauté the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic in a skillet until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and beaten egg until smooth, then fold in sautéed mushrooms.
- Spoon the filling into the pastry shells and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.
