- 1 tbsp white miso paste π
- 1 large egg π₯
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your favorite) π§
- 1/2 avocado, sliced π₯

Instructions
- Prepare the Miso Butter: Mix softened butter with white miso paste until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Spread miso butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice in a heated skillet, miso side down, and add cheese on top.
- Cook the Sandwich: Crack the egg into the skillet, cook to your liking, season with salt and pepper, then place it on top of the cheese. Add avocado slices and top with the second slice of bread, miso side up. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from skillet, slice in half, garnish with herbs if desired, and enjoy your sandwich!
